Resite Online, ePremium unite for quick and easy renters insurance enrollment

NORFOLK, VA (April 1, 2010) – Resite Online, a division of Dominion Enterprises, has announced a strategic partnership with ePremium.

The two companies have developed and launched the software integration between Resite’s ResidentHub^TM portal and ePremium’s renters insurance enrollment platform. The Resite portal provides apartment residents access to a variety of interactive services such as: online rent payment, instant maintenance request submission, and access to community news and event information. The partnership now allows ResidentHub portal users to quickly and easily enroll in an affordable, non-underwritten renter’s insurance policy in less than 2 minutes.

New and existing residents at apartment communities utilizing the Resite platform are pre-approved for enrollment in the ePremiumRENTERS insurance program at fixed premium rates. Acceptance into the ePremium program is guaranteed for ResidentHub users. This guaranteed acceptance along with the streamlined enrollment interface will help Resite property management clients increase resident renters’ insurance participation throughout their portfolios. Higher resident participation leads to increased protection for landlords from resident-caused property damage.
