Resite Online's Demo Apartment Community Mobile Website

Resite Online’s Mobile Leasing product includes 3 distinct pieces that can be used for marketing and 2-way communication between prospective residents and your apartment community.

Mobile Community Website
Resite’s mobile websites work seamlessly with your apartment community’s existing website. Mobile users are automatically redirected to the mobile version of your website, while regular desktop users are directed to the full version of your website. Resite’s mobile websites are compatible with all major mobile platforms, and have been designed with the mobile user in mind. Mobile website features include:

  • Photo Gallery
  • Floor Plan listing with images and pricing
  • Community Features
  • Text Directions
  • Click to call
  • Text to Friend
  • Mobile Guestcard (integrated with Resite’s LeasingPathSM product)

SMS Messaging from Desktop Website
Resite provides desktop website users with the ability to have property information and directions texted directly to their cell phone via 2 ways:

  • Send-to-Phone enables users to enter their cell number on an apartment community’s website and be sent the property’s contact information, short description and mobile site url, in addition to a prompt to request further information like a PDF flyer or directions. All of this information is texted to the user’s cell phone regardless of whether or not their cell phone is WAP capable. That user’s cell number is then captured as a lead.
  • Directions-to-Phone enables users to enter their phone number and starting address on an apartment community’s website and be texted step-by-step directions to the property. The user’s cell number is then captured as a lead.

Keyword/Short Code SMS Messaging
Resite’s keyword / short code SMS messaging is similar to Send-to-Phone but can be used on any existing media or advertisement like a banner sign or print ad. The prospective resident sees the ad and is prompted to text a Keyword to a Short Code. They then receive the same text message as the user’s who choose to Send-to-Phone from a desktop website, and their cell number is captured as a lead.
